Sa7ti is a directory service that helps users in the UAE find hospitals based on their health insurance coverage. Sa7ti shows which hospitals appear in your insurer's or TPA's published provider network, and connects you to those hospitals via their published contact channels.
Sa7ti is not a healthcare provider, telemedicine service, insurance broker, claims manager, or appointment booking service. We provide information; we do not deliver medical care, arrange appointments, or make medical recommendations.
By using Sa7ti, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are accessing the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Network information shown in Sa7ti is based on TPA-published provider lists, which Sa7ti updates on a periodic basis.
Coverage status, copays, exclusions, and approval requirements are determined by your insurer at the time of service. Sa7ti does not guarantee coverage or eligibility. Always confirm coverage with your insurer or the hospital before attending.
When you choose to contact a hospital through Sa7ti, you are being directed to that hospital's published contact channel (phone, WhatsApp, email, or website).
Sa7ti does not arrange appointments, manage bookings, or guarantee availability. All appointment arrangements are made directly between you and the hospital. Sa7ti is not party to any arrangement you make with a hospital.
When you authorise a booking handoff, we record your consent (timestamp, facility, channel) for compliance purposes. This record is retained for 7 years as required by UAE law.
Sa7ti does not provide medical advice, triage, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Nothing in Sa7ti should be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice.
For medical emergencies, call emergency services (999 in the UAE) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Sa7ti includes an AI-powered search feature that interprets natural-language queries. Search queries may be transmitted to Anthropic (USA) for processing. Do not include sensitive personal or medical information in search queries.
AI search results are informational only. They may not be complete or accurate for your specific situation.
All content in Sa7ti — including facility data, network information, and software — is the property of Sa7ti or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Hospital names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.
Sa7ti provides information on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Sa7ti is not liable for: the accuracy of network information; hospital availability, quality, or outcomes; any healthcare you receive or do not receive as a result of using Sa7ti; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Privacy settings → Delete account. Deletion removes all your personal data from Sa7ti immediately, subject to legally required retention periods (e.g. consent records are retained for 7 years).
Sa7ti may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts used for commercial purposes, scraping, or fraudulent activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of Sa7ti after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
